Return Eligibility

  1. Unused and Unopened Items: We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or process a replacement.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Here are the options:

  • Refund: If you request a refund, we will credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement item of equal value.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
  • Items not in their original condition or missing packaging
